Bookings & Payments
A booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit and send written confirmation. The remaining balance is due before departure as stated in your itinerary.
Changes & Cancellations
Requests to change or cancel a booking must be made in writing. Fees may apply depending on the timing of your request and the policies of our partners.
Travel Documents & Insurance
Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, and health requirements. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every journey.
Liability
We work with carefully selected partners but cannot be held responsible for events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, or natural events.
